Contributions

The ASM PAC provides ASM members with a way to support ASM’s legislative efforts and show appreciation to elected officials who are responsive to subcontractor concerns.  The ASM PAC makes it possible for association officers and staff to attend events for legislative leaders and talk with them about ASM’s legislative priorities.  By supporting the ASM PAC, subcontractors have a stronger voice on Beacon Hill, and a greater chance of legislative success.  Contributions in any amount are always appreciated.

Use the form below to make a contribution online, using your personal credit card (no corporate cards, please!). To make a contribution by personal check, download a PAC Contribution Form and return it with your check to ASM.

Please note: The ASM PAC is required to collect the information below to comply with Massachusetts campaign finance laws relating to PAC contributions. On the "Payment” page, you may be asked to provide some duplicate information for credit card processing, which is separate. 

The ASM Political Action Committee is a separate, segregated fund established by ASM and registered with the Massachusetts Office of Campaign & Political Finance, ID 80685. The Federal ID is 43-1957441. Under state law, contributions must be from individuals and made on PERSONAL Credit Cards, and may not exceed $500. Contributions on corporate Credit Cards, or made from PayPal account balances CANNOT be accepted. Donations to the ASM PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Questions?
