ASM's National Connection
National Subcontractors Alliance (NSA) ASM is a Founding Member of the National Subcontractors Alliance (NSA), formed in 2002 to connect subcontractor associations across the United States and provide a forum to exchange information, and influence the national debate on construction issues. NSA includes 16 of the largest, most active and most successful subcontractor associations in the country, who come together each year at a national conference that generates a wealth of information to share with ASM members. NSA is a member of the Associated Specialty Contractors (ASC), and is one of over 40 organizations that have endorsed the ConsensusDOCS model contract documents. Learn more about our NSA connection. This suite of 100+ standard-form contract documents has been developed by a coalition of leading associations representing general contractors, subcontractors and other industry stakeholders, as an alternative to the standard AIA forms. The Documents incorporate best industry practices, with the goal of achieving the best possible project outcome. ASM members are eligible for a discount on the forms, which can be purchased at www.consensusdocs.org.
