The Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts (ASM) is available to answer a wide variety of questions on building construction and contracting in Massachusetts.   • Reform of Massachusetts' indemnity law, to required shared responsibility for injuries and damage, and prohibit unfair "risk transfer" contract terms that force any party to pay for the negligence of others.
