What's New AT DCAMM
7:30 – 9:30 AM | Embassy Suites, Waltham
Join us for breakfast with the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), Carol Gladstone, and hear about what’s new at DCAMM, and what’s coming down the pike.
DCAMM is the state agency primarily responsible for management of the state’s property holdings and construction or oversight of major state agency capital building projects.
Under Commissioner Gladstone’s leadership, DCAMM has been steadily implementing changes to improve the procurement process for public owners and subcontractors alike.
She and members of her team will talk about the impact of changes already in place, and give you a heads up on other changes of particular importance to contractors and subcontractors – including the new DCAMM change order.
She will also provide an update on the state’s 5-year capital program and projects on the horizon.
Ask questions and receive the latest information on DCAMM projects and procedures, straight from the source!
