NFPA 241: Fire Code Changes You Need to Know
WEDNESDAY, April 25, 2018
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A complimentary lunch will follow thanks to our sponsor J.C. Cannistraro
Join us for a timely safety presentation lead by, Cambridge Fire Lieutenant, Chris Towski and Joe Kelly the President of Massachusetts Construction Consultants. They will review the requirements and enforcement of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 241, Standard of Safeguarding Construction, Alternation, and Demolition Operations.
These operations present an increased potential for fire due to the presence of large quantities of combustible materials and debris, as well as unusual ignition sources that may not be present following construction operations.
Learn and ask questions about the upcoming changes that will take effect on July 1, 2018 and become prepared as more cities and towns look to adopt NFPA 241.
Are you prepared for updated hot work and fire watch requirements? How does it affect your company? Have your employees had the necessary training? All things every Subcontractor needs to know!
